Melanie has been practicing Ashtanga Yoga for more than a decade herself and started part time teaching in 2010 besides being a documentary film and commercial producer. She founded Ashtanga Yoga Revolution in 2013 – a concept for teaching Ashtanga Yoga at different pop-up locations and destinations. Melanie taught at her Ashtanga Yoga pop-up shala in the South of Sri Lanka each winter season 2014 to 2016.
With a professional background in the film industry, Melanie knows about the importance of having a tool to work on personal growth and to stay focused. She thinks that Yoga is a great practice to learn to deal with stress and anxiety, to achieve better well-being and happiness and to stay focused on one’s projects.
She would like to share the benefits of this wonderful practice with all who care to give it a try.
